Sold house with financing, buyer refuses to pay

Since then the buyer has stopped answering my calls/e-mails and I am stuck with a pretty big loss.The buyer has since resold the property and doesn't own anything else in the US, but does in his own country (Israel, which is where I'm from as well).What are my options?

Luckily I have sewer back-up insurance.My personal house that I just bought a couple weeks ago, has roof damage, a couple holes in the stucco, holes in the vinyl fence, and two of the low e windows lost their seal.

People who hire an unlicensed contractor are considered to be their employer for worker's compensation purposes.I know about being busy, but if you have a standard contract with plenty of protections for you, how long does it take to E-mail it or to give them a paper copy?
