I don't have a great window into this besides BP, but what I'm surprised at is the number of agents and lenders, who love to bask in Zillow's mistakes without seeing the larger point that you made: they are making an attempt to solve problems that have existed for home buyers for awhile. 

And it's not always the boys who are the worst.

Doing is your best educator, don't be afraid to make some small mistakes, but get professional guidance along the way to avoid the crushing mistakes.

The mistake most people make with brokers is they think one email or call telling them what kind of deals they are looking for is all you need to do. 

I am sure I could figure it out but I don't really want to invest too much time in it as there are plenty of other things going on, as well I don't want to make a mistake starting out.Any recommendations?
