Be humble but firm, and cordial so he does not destroy your property and do not renew the lease.

Meaning they wont manage your property but, they will rent it out for you and get the rents that you want.

The expectation by clients that small business must have a stand alone office space has been destroyed.

Crapping on a toilet and destroying property is not reasonable.

I dont know why they wont send it . i have been calling them  for the last 3 months and they keep saying they are busy but eventually they will send it but i dont believe them because i have been waiting for 15 months..Should i  sue them?

So I wont be trying to find the fast way around things again.

If the place has old molding work from 100 plus years ago probably csbt go lead free without removal which is a pain and wont be allowed if doing a chap.
