Downpayment Assistances on a fourplex?

Hey guys! I am 23 looking to purchase a fourplex and house hack it for about 1-2 years in Los Angeles, Looking for Minimal tlc work needed. I am interested in using a fha loan w/ a downpayment assistance grant but want your guys point of view. My credit score is above 720 and have cash reserves set aside also. Would love your guys point of view, thank you!

@Angel Rodriguez definitely use all of the resources at your disposal! Once you find a property you can go on the down payment resource site and fill out an application and see what you qualify for. Keep in mind that some of the products offered are second mortgages versus grants so you’ll want to keep an eye on that and make sure it’s factored into your cash flow calculations. I wish I had figured this stuff out at 23, good for you!
