Here is my situation, and I wonder if my overall strategy is sound.I have 2 goals in posting this - first to inquire if I am missing anything or otherwise being unwise or risky in my strategy, and secondly, to document a situation, not all that uncommon, which may help others in similar situations.1.)

I just finished a flip and am working on another the first was 2 bed 1 bath, spent 30k in repairs.

I just got into a JV with an experienced contractor on a fix & flip and was wondering what kind of terms are common.

Wondering if anyone can recommend a good real estate attorney, getting ready to sell my house.

We found two contractors and the bid we received to finish the work were higher than the bid we contracted to complete the entire rehab!

I will be finishing my two year commitment in Paraguay this November. 

Hindsight, I probably just should have done all the interior finish work myself to save money.
