New Member Intro- Peace Corps Volunteer

Hello all! 

My name is Cynthia Garcia and I am from the Bay Area, California. I am currently a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Paraguay, South America, working on Agricultural/Environmental/Health projects in my assigned rural community. I will be finishing my two year commitment in Paraguay this November. 

I am super excited for the next chapter in my life and real estate is most definitely in it. I love being out here and having the time to serve my community and would love to free up time for my self in the states to do that in my home country. I strongly believe real estate can make that happen. 

As I near my close of service date, I have been preparing as much as I can through books, the bigger pockets website, webinars and real estate podcasts to take on my real estate ambitions the minute I land in the States. I am not sure where I will be moving to yet but I look forward to meeting members of the biggerpockets community. I have no experience in real estate but One of my hopes is to get the opportunity to shadow an experienced real estate investor at some point. My goal for the near future is to dive into single family homes using the BRRRR strategy.

I am super excited and inspired by all the people who chose this lifestyle!
