Both of those items would be key in an eviction hearing. 

THis applies to many other material items also.

Not really recommended.The extra item you'll pay with a lender is the loan origination fee.

Acually I have seen teh company take off over 68 dertogatory items with one client be removed.

With, of course short periods for certain items.

I can get fined for these items if they aren't corrected within a certain time frame.

If you're going to hold it for a while, you have to factor in the life expectancy of items in the rental.
