That would not be sustainable.

This is only slightly absurd and not sustainable if we were ever to wholesale to them again.So, does anyone have strategy recommendations for how to do the paperwork for a deal like this?

After you have sustained success with that then you can expand.......good luck

I've been operating my business from Europe for a few years because my son has been getting intensive therapy here for some injuries he sustained at birth.  

Earlier this year, we took about 3-4 months and picked up leftover bagels from Brueggers and delivered them to shelters, very rewarding but it was tough to sustain.  

The encouragement offered by the coaches to quit W2 job and go head first in REI is not sustainable for most of the woman that join! 

But that’s my exact plan now, is to sustain my household with my current job while creating the capital to start what I really desire throughout this year.

Generally, it will cover basic repairs of the mechanical systems.The big problem is that coverage claims can be denied if the warranty company determines that the item was installed improperly, has sustained damage beyond normal wear and tear, if there are code violations with the item, etc.So, for an REO, definitely don't expect any big stuff to be covered, and also expect that some little stuff may be refused if the warranty company determines that the installation or maintenance wasn't proper during the useful life of the item.

I don't see anything wrong with your plan at all, so can't say for sure, but I feel like when you are doing what really resonates with you that you will be able to go for it without hesitation.
