It has saved many people a lot of money and stress!! 

This personally isn't how I want to run my business because I believe it can put more stress on the tenants than I personally would want to do.

I would recommend hiring a property manager so you dont have to deal with headaches like that, for future.if you go to court, it will just stress you out.

Far more things to stress over.  

If you are determined to stay in the re market then it doesn't really matter which of your home or your rental is paid off, as long as one is safe/low stress for your income.

It was incredibly stressful during what should have been a happy, exciting time for us. 

Honestly, buying or selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences someone can go through,   Most people don't sell for fun, they sell because they have a need.   

Hi I know loopnet has mostly office and retail commercial properties but we're considering an upgrade to the premium account for access to more MultiFamily listings in South Florida and it doesn't let you upgrade online...you click a button and they tell you they will contact you shortly by phone.Obviously, this means it's pretty expensive but we are in need of expanding our search.

The first deal is always the most stressful/exciting deal you have!

I'd recommend viewing it as a funnel and knowing that this is the top layer of a funnel and your goal is to have "opt-in" points where people show that they aren't mindless clicker-drones pushing a shiny button on every listing.
