Hey investors, my name is John and I am a new investor in the NC, SC area. Just south of Charlotte,NC to be exact. I was recently introduced to bigger pockets by my neighbor actually and Iv been hooked ever since, I am in the process of purchasing my first rental and can’t wait to start making deals. Currently a full time aircraft mechanic and also own and operate a pressure washing business on the side. Marine Corps veteran, my wife is a Navy vet.
