To all those real estate agents out there. You guys must be familiar with the famous "Sell me this pen" phrase from Wolf of Wall Street. How would you pitch a pen? Just for personal analysis of sales tactics. Would you appeal to their emotional side, or perhaps on the actual quality of the pen?
