Like who’s president, economy’s health, stocks, local trends, etc.

I know if I read that, I’d get scared away due to the requirements, even though those are pretty realistic.

That may be enough to scare the occupants to vacate, but not likely.

My husband’s grandfather is looking to move closer to family due to health issues and asked if he could move into the side that currently has the tenant. 

5 year balloons scare the heck out of me.

Maybe it's a year when something happens with your job or your health. 

I did some research and found out so far that AL, DE, GA, MA, NY, NC, SC are the states that require an attorney.

But I got scared off all the cheap eastside properties by the first RE agent I was in contact with, who said those areas were really dangerous and I'd have nothing but flaky tenants.

And the lenders recognize that we (unlike their retail employee salespersons) can actually do that without any pain on our part (switching health insurance, switching your license over, setting up new direct deposit, bla bla bla bla bla), so they put our loans in line ahead of the loans of their own employees.
