Where are all my OHIO investors?

My wife and I are digging deep in OHIO and all the reserch we've found have landed us in 2 markets in Ohio, Cleveland and Cincannati. Does anyone have any experience with PROSPER CLEVELAND or Retire with Real Estate Turnkey providers? Any information at all would be helpful.
