@Brad E.undefined  I just closed on a multi unit deal,, and if you have an agent and your paying him big bucks for the work along with title / closing fees  you deserve proper service,, a Assignment and Assumption of leases, along with rent roll, rent amount, rent status paid, unpaid, security deposit w interest amounts for each unit should be what your required to have..

Until that job or jobs roll around, you want him to eat storage costs on the materials.
