We're talking a 9.0 quake and the regional disaster crews just held a drill:  http://www.theheraldbusinessjournal.com/article/20160607/NEWS03/160609401 I hope that his family home is on high ground...As for myself, I've completely stopped looking at saltwater frontage and the lowlands east of Everett, except for the TDR credits that I can clip off to resell.

I'm still in a "job" that although I rather enjoy it I am at the age where I could retire and would when the real estate investing is producing enough to overcome my salary and allow some travel expenses.The market in the greater Cincinnati region seems to have a lot of potential in the wholesale flip, hold, and fix & flip markets.
