Northwest Indiana Investor looking for contractors

Hello BP,

My name is John from Northwest Indiana and and been lurking for years gathering information. Buying and Hold and flipping homes over the years and learning by trial and error. I am finally at the point where I am able to take on more then one deal at a time. My problem isn't money it isn't finding deals my problem is finding good, dependable, and reasonable contractors. Is that asking for too much LOL!!! Would anyone from northwest Indiana or an investor from outside the region who invests in Northwest Indiana willing to refer a contractor. Thanks in advance
