Within the purchase contract, are there any specific criteria I need to call out (this is anew build, if that helps)2. for the agent contract, it says they will be the exclusive agent - I get that makes sense in the context of this property, but can they make themselves the exclusive agent we have to work with across Texas?

It sounds more like the applicant purchases the credit report and gives access through the credit agency to the landlords who have to accept it if it is less than 30 days old.

From what I have read, the main benefit is early access to MLS for purchasing homes and saving on commission costs while selling homes.This leads to two questions: - Is simply having early access to new listings worth $600, or is it only worthwhile if I plan on flipping and selling a property on my own?
