Sketchup comes in both a free and pro version ($550 or so) while Chief Architect is much more expensive, but incredibly powerful. 

You could rig up a battery power & timed light / radio inside if there is no power on at the property, all goes to help with the look of occupancy.

To me, that's the most powerful position to be in... to either be an investor/agent or be an investor/agent team!
