Like multiple shotguns bought by investors and each been refurbed and given a different pastel, individual houses just bought and heavily updated, the tenants are slowly changing the demographics (eg not poor and black, but young and white), and so forth.In fact, the pastel thing is actually infectious.

I agree that my personal residence is a liability (rich dad poor dad concept)  I guess I was thinking that by paying off the rental, we could double our monthly payment on our home.
