Also it is good to know that there are other options out there for flood insurance try a google search for "Lloyds of London Flood Insurance" or "private flood insurance" I suggest you look at the organic searches but basically if your property has not had a flood loss before there are options out there.

So you have a better, more organized streamlined system, that saves you money, and protects your assets.

IMO renters with high FICO scores are more organized and neater from my experience.
