Apartment Complex in Flood Zone
So I got an OM on a 70 units deal and it metioned that some of the building on the property are in a flood zone. Does it still make sense to invest in the property or walk?

You just need to adjust accordingly. Get a new insurance quote based on this and make sure you understand the real risks involved. Disclose this to the lender as well.
