Hello Investors, Does anyone have a good source for a company or person to hire that can help manage incoming leads, such as checking for motivation, scheduling appointments and things of this nature, 1 first point of contact after a lead comes in from direct mail, website, or cold calling company who has generated a lead?

I believe both paths can lead you to the financial freedom you seek.So for historically high appreciation markets, San Diego is tough to beat (you live in San Diego) and I suspect your current Virginia RE may be better in appreciation than the high cash flow locations of the Midwest.

Thank you for the advice, I will defiantly check that app out...I was just doing my research and was considering a place that I can find motivated sellers who would be willing to owner finance or would help me earn enough income from selling off the good leads that I could eventually pay cash; but after seeing this crime data, I am sorry but I am not going to be considering buying rentals in that area.

They buy properties that don't generate income but bank on appreciation to pay it back.
