What was going to be Trump Tower downtown has a new Developer and another 30 story Tower with half Hotel and the rest million dollar Apartments.

I know condo-hotels (condotel) are not new but I am seeing more and more of them listed.

Any information, tips, strategies that you can share is helpful as this is my life savings and I want to take the leap but not before doing my due diligence.
