Hi Michael,BP is a great place to learn, so hang in there....cuz there is a lot of stuff to learn....living paycheck to paycheck sucks and you are right to try and change your situation.  

After you get your license you must hang it under a broker for 2 years before you can be on your own.

I have access to the VA loan but due to my lack of landlord experience, I'm going to hang onto it until I can meet the requirements for buying a 4-plex with anticipated rent income included.

Okay, bad wording by me, I really don't want to hang on to it.

Most highly anticipated neighborhoodI'll hang up and listen.

Kinda like interning or shadowing, ideally to help really get the hang of it without making a ton of costly errors.

Instead I found this great website and hanging out with other like minded people, learn from them.

The ones that don't work hang around their unit all day and seem to have a non-stop parade of guests/relatives staying. 

My minimum payment on the loans is $152 so I can either attack that loan amount so I don't have that hanging over my head for the next decade or I can jump in to the REI game soon since I almost have a down payment saved up.
