You can at least prevent/reduce the credit card letters by asking the credit bureaus to stop selling your address and by putting your name on the direct mail associations "do not mail" list.

I know which is very high, my property is listed as non residential as per water company since meter is 8in, currently I am paying as a landlord full monthly water bill and all my profits this bill is eating.I ask the water company my property has submeters if i make those active is the water bill going to reduce by making the property as residential?

I would inspect my properties in the early months of the lease but generally I didn't need to once I had a good handle on the amount of care they were taking.What cut way down on my turnover cost was requiring a minimum of a two year lease.
