Tenant screening: getting around the tricks
I have listing for rent. When asked for previous rental references i am seeing a lot of new tenants are saying that they own a house and are selling it to buy or one of their relatives. I have lately seen a lot of new tenants give me this excuse. How should i handle or screen these rental applicants for previous rental history ?
