How a 19 can start investing in real estate ??!

hello everybody!!! I’m a young Italian boy, I have 20 years old, and the 21th may I will start the university in Miami! I’m in the USA only because I want invest in real estate and achieve financial freedom... I’ve been reading books since 2 years about real estate, mentality, economy..... my first target it’s to start with a 3/4 unit properties.. but I’m younger and I don’t have a lot money to use for the down payment.

What do you advise me to do??!!

Start with wholesaler properties and accumulate some money and after start with rent properties or find money to a private lender or to the seller or..???

And if any Italian or Miami investor would like give me a hand, I would be happy!!
