Hi all, My name is Sam Adler.I am a student at Miami University in Oxford, OH studying Accounting.

I have a degree from the University of GA in marketing and I'm currently looking to diversify my portfolio and get into real estate investing.

I live in Central Virginia near the University of Virginia.I have been investing in Real Estate since 2010 and I am looking to grow my business. 

I think it'll be interesting to watch what happens in the global economy as the EU member countries decide if they still have faith or if they want out.

I was born and raised in Myanmar but graduated from Boston University with an Economics Degree in 2012. 

If you look at the new development in University City, most of it is high end student rentals and/or short-term corporate housing.

In turn, this will give me some experience and know-how for when I'm in a better position to jump into REI.I am a student at The University of Colorado Denver Business School, and have no need for a part-time student job that doesn't provide me the experience I want.

My educational background includes a BS in Real Estate & Land Use and Finance from California State University, Sacramento.I have not been overly motivated to invest in real estate, but my lack of confidence in equities markets has created new motivation.I am interested in exploring all aspects of investment and looking forward to active investment.

I specialize in global leasing and property management, but hope to become an investor myself - but I can surely help you find the right market within Wichita to begin purchasing, as well as help you set rental rates and such.

My girlfriend was out in University of Iowa for a few years for her MS.
