I’m a wholesaler In Texas that Is wanting to expand services to out of state wholesale transactions. If you know of any title companies in LA and NYC please let me know.

However, it may be a family friend or acquaintance. 

We are looking to build a team in San Antonio. Can we get a reference for a good GC and Project Manager that can deal with out of town investors

If this person is unscrupulous, what is preventing them from entering information from a friend (or some other hapless victim)? 

In multi's you can ask for the other tenants to refer their friends/fam.

The first thing I said to my friend is that it doesn't sound like too bad of an idea but of course get a title search. 

looking for suggestions into various avenues that can be explored pertaining too creative financing options on my first two properties, besides the obvious ( fam/friends borrowing , normal banking institutions) suggestions, info, strategies etc to point me in a direction, the leg work researching or exploring ... im fully prepared too do. id like too obtain both residential properties at the same time. location areas are 75068 ( Frisco , Little elm, The Colony areas) thanks ahead
