I did not get the feeling that many people knew a substantial amount about the process but the "guru" did give a fair amount of professional resources(bankers, lawyers, etc).I think if you really dive into it you would know much more than the average person who hears how cool it can be and goes to a few seminars.

All new homes have some green elements and most meet energy efficiency standards.
