Once he has the average cost per category for the 5 categories he's chosen, he'll compare each local category cost to the national average (which I believe he's getting from home advisor possibly a more in-depth service).4) He takes the difference between the local average and the national average, and then averages the difference.

I would agree that most of the CTREIA events are focused more on the sales pitch of the speaker, however they do run other events that are more education focused.

I am just beginning my education and was turned on to your site after watching many of the BP videos on YouTube. 

It may be more expensive,but now you've acquired a home but more importantly, you've acquired and education; which we know is priceless.

One called Rare Bird has weekly meetings and seems to be pretty educational.
