Hey there, I'm Kim Dunbar a graduating real estate student in the Chicago South Side area. My husband and I have been studying, talking and dreaming about real estate so quite some time and have decided to come to Bigger Pockets for more education and possibly some networking prospects. Ultimately I would love to learn more about passive income properties. There are a number of multifamily units in our area that have given our landlord and one of my mentors a lot of financial satisfaction. From there I know that the sky is the limit. Nice to meet you and looking forward to learning from and with you.

Welcome to BP! This is a great place to learn more about REI and network w/ other investors. Since you're on the south side you should reach out @Account Closedthrough our first deal; a buy and hold on the south side that's currently in the process of being rented.
