Hello everyone I live in San Antonio TX. I'm new to the real estate. Looking to wanting to buy and flip homes. What advice do any of you would recommend. I have all the contractors. Just need to know best way to start

I would probably start with finding a good deal. Finding a good deal is the hard part. If you can talk with friends, family and everybody else that you know to help you find someone who is willing to give up their property for less than market value, you got a deal. Usually that property is in need of some repairs and the owners are in some sort of distress.

Once you have a good deal, the financing should be no problem.
