I can transfer out of it but that's last resort until it hits the amount for the purchase it's been ear marked for. 

I have one property that has pieces of KnT wiring in the hard-to-access areas.

Many of these bills are just marketing pieces used to let the base know “we hear you” .... i am fairly sure the most basic idea of property rights wont be erased without a fight.

If you wanted to learn how to buy a rental property, flip a house, or whatever.... would you want to spend the next 6 months sifting through thousands of YouTube videos, books, podcasts, and blog posts (and then trying your best to piece together the overload of information in your mind)?

We are only granted 24 hours in a day, while money is granted (if you understand how it works) an infinite number of hours.To me, the difference is the CF Investors are taking their profits out in pieces, while the Appreciation investors are waiting for the big score.

I want a piece of mind.

We have a new fund set up and taking in dollars is a world easier with it than trying to piece together money and deals at the same time when cash is needed.

Two of my closest friends have no college degrees and one does very well with a specialty position in a hospital's bio-med dept, the other is the VP of Global Procurement & Manufacturing for a major fire control manufacturer.Not bad for three guys without degrees.College will open doors no doubt, but that piece of paper will not keep you in.

That said, if you can find any investment with 80%+ annual returns in a semi-controlled environment (which mitigates most risk) other than flipping RE, I am all ears (and I doubt anyone can)
