Even though you have a good team that surrounds you, make sure you still have an active role with your property.

I didn’t realize it would play a major role in life, never taught that built what I have on my own now 27 years young and want the best for my kids.

Look for cold caller and acquisitions agent roles. 

Jeremy,Ive been working in group home industry and have played role of landlord, owner and had to negotiate each side of the conversation you described, and youre facing one of the most important and challenging aspects of this niche business. 

I have also thought of taking an aquistions role when i get out of college to obtain the capital to buy these properties.

Reason 2: as much as you can be compassionate, it is not our role to take on other people's problems and end up broke. 

It all depends on what each partner's roles and responsibilities are.
