When you do a "subject to" purchase in a trust deed state wouldn't that deal send a red flag to the trustee who is the watch dog over the security instrument on behalf of the lender - thereby, triggering the "the due on sale'?

I could probably find all the information that was presented to me right here on BP, but the amount of information we got over a couple weeks about melted my brain, now (IMHO) --I'm better at finding deals quicker, (and quickly identifying if a deal is really a deal, not just what the bird-dog's numbers say)--I'm able to manage contractors better.

Congratulations for having the good sense to know the best way to get started is by partnering with or bird dogging for an experienced investor.I can't tell you how many people listen to a podcast or read an ebook and think they know all they need to know.
