I'm pumped I passed my agent test today.  I am hoping to use my licience for myself at first and hopefully other investors in the future.  Helping people find homes for themselves to live in with kids and dogs etc. is not not nearly as exciting as investing to me.  I am not planning on quitting my job for a while.  Does anyone know a good Principle broker that would like working with someone like myself in Central Oregon?
