I never studied how this works cause I’m new to investing and viewed this as an advanced strategy.Theoretically, how do I run numbers on this type of project?  

They gave me a work order describing that they would remove the area affected, make repairs, install insulation, base sheet and membrane.

A friend there has some land near the base of the Teton Mountains with an amazing view.

From there you can view how long someone has been looking to fill a vacant apartment.

The most responses I get are from FB Marketplace but these are also the most useless because, despite posting my requirements even BEFORE describing the rental I've found a large percentage don't even read the ad and the requirements.

@Don Konipol thanks for your post.I like the way you described the role of a wholesaler and pointed out where/when his/her services would be of value.So, as long as you have a license wholesaling real estate is perfectly legal?

It is a large room empty with panoramic windows and 180* views.
