Demand is always so high that sellers have no motivation to lower the price.Would be cool if they did!

You must decide who it is for (the audience) such as sellers, buyers, investors... or all three-in-one.Your blog is where you post news, stories, articles about what you are doing or cool things you have found or learned.

The debris and dirt I think reduces its ability to dissipate the heat and cool the Freon before it returns to the inside.

This house turned out so nice, but the first one was pretty cool too I think.

I'm originally from North Branch, Minnesota but moved West as all the cool kids do ;) BUT Duluth is amazing - definitely one of my favorite cities.

One cool thing you can do on these forums is set up "keyword alerts" to monitor such phrases such as "ohio" or other cities you're interested in.
