How does this AC Compressor Unit Look? (picture)

The unit seems to be functioning just fine. I am curious though, do the fins on this unit look like they are in decent enough condition? I figured running a AC comb through the fins would take care of any potential problems.

Curious as to what you guys think. This is an estate property and the executor is not sure how old the unit is.

Here is the AC compressor and fins in question. PLEASE CLICK THE PICTURE BELOW TO ZOOM IN THANKS

Spray with coil cleaner, wait 5 minutes, hose off. It will look like new. A lot of the plates on these old units are so faded that you can't make out the model or serial number. The year of manufacture is usually part of the serial number. As a rental, I'd just establish a 'self escrow' for when it eventually dies... maybe years away.
