We took a sad little building, and now have a pretty, friendly, profitable community.  

As a side note, my regular day is spent teaching English at a community college just outside Portland, OR. 

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in the the Lincoln Heights community here in San Antonio, I help family's vulnerable adults with their day to day living activities in whatever stage of their medical condition, decline and sadly in their passing.A part from the facility, I'm looking to expand my nursing assisting services by assisting non-facility families and their heirs with properties they either don't want, don't have time to manage, perhaps the heirs are not here in the states to manage and add value to the property (force appreciation), (*see Mr.

I love the Bigger Pockets community, but  I think it does a diservice to the "1% rule".
