New Member Intro and newbie probate investor
Hello fellow investors!! My name is Venita Hunt, purposely keeping my photo identity for now due to I'm in the healthcare field and just want to take precaution. Newbie here recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas, IL born. As a Certified Nursing Assistant in the the Lincoln Heights community here in San Antonio, I help family's vulnerable adults with their day to day living activities in whatever stage of their medical condition, decline and sadly in their passing.
A part from the facility, I'm looking to expand my nursing assisting services by assisting non-facility families and their heirs with properties they either don't want, don't have time to manage, perhaps the heirs are not here in the states to manage and add value to the property (force appreciation), (*see Mr. Brandon I'm educating myself in reading your books/e-book).
My services will in short relieve the heir(s) from additional emotional trauma stress and assist counsel or executor by closing the estate case sooner, save everyone some time so that they can move on in their grieving process as any loving family member would want. Probate investing is my interest. In addition, I'd like to either house hack my first single family house or owner occupy a multi family (under 4 units) as I progress in my self mastery, personal finance and real estate education. **(No interest in becoming a REA) No offense! I found BP on a random google search on real estate. I'm a landlord's kid, the duplex has been in the family for over 30 years located in Chicago, IL. Here's to finding great deals, knowing and doing my own math numbers!
**FYI the city of San Antonio is investing 4.5 million dollars in owner occupied rehabbing. Anyone interested in more information just hit me up aka reach out and I will respond in good faith.
