Unfortunately, unless you're working for yourself, you have to dress the part on the interviews to get the job, and that includes having a degree on your resume.

Have someone take a close up picture with you wearing a dress shirt, tie and jacket.

By the way when I went to paint the outside of a property that I own built in 1881 I found out if I wanted to change colors I had to submit a application with the PMS color number of the paint that I wanted to use.

Now, they have asked us to pay for paint so they can repaint the living room ("the current color was a crappy job", they demand a backsplash in the kitchen....I understand I have repaired more often than what tenants would like but is this ridiculous? 

When I work with flippers as an agent (I also flip myself) I like to be involved so I can point my clients in the right direction as to what finishes to pick, what paint colors to use, to help them choose or avoid what the market demands etc.
