This is probably the single best strategy, very easy to do and fund, low risk and is setting the foundation for future growth.

An under market tenant may not be your biggest problem.I'd recommend easing into landlording and getting your systems in place rather than cleaning house and risking Holiday Season (and winter temperature) vacancies.

I would most likely have to get a personal loan to pay this person so some risk involved but I see it as being very calculated.
