Hi everyone thank you for hopping in briefly, I just wanted to depict how I entered the business of short-term/vacation rental.

I will use my knowledge in the home inspection field, owning and operating my home inspection business, the relationships i will make during that time, my experience in being a landlord and my knowledge as an licensed electrician and home inspector to help convince my investors that i am serious and have the skin in the game to get deals done.

The main worry I have, is starting a short term  rental business.  

During this period, there is typically less competition from other buyers, as many people prefer to move during the warmer months or avoid house hunting during the holiday season.

Hi Arkur, I'm biased because I live and do business here in Florida.

Do people use other methods than this? 

I love hosting and have tremendous passion and attention to detail with property management that seems incredibly hard to find those sorts of proactive skills in people when looking to hire for my own rentals. 

I’m a Senior in highschool planning to go to college for Business management - real estate minor.

If he actually sends people to work I'm guesstimating that there's maybe 1 or 2 weeks of work left to do at most but I see 1 or 2 things done each week.
