So I am willing to play devils advocate here for a minute.... i built and then marketed a equine property.

I'm a huge advocate of not ballparking if I can find actual numbers.

I’ve noticed that the people advocating self management and saying it’s “easy” possess the following traits: well organized, disciplined, detail oriented, focused, and people management skills.

But again this is where having an advocate on your side who's willing to tour the properties for you, taking pix/vids and offering their expert advice can help greatly.

Nothing wrong with taking on more debt, but if you overleverage yourself to the point it could blow up your portfolio was the "growth" worth it?
