Overall I didnt have any expectaions but just wanted to get the ball rolling and get used to talking to people about their home and try to refine my script while handling objections. 

If they aren't paying their rent their CO can get rent deducted from their pay automatically, it just takes talking to their unit to get the ball rolling.

@Joseph Ball, the taxing authority for property taxes in in MA and NH, and in fact most New England states, is the town. 

If I wasn't going to be living there, it wouldn't matter, but I'd rather not drastically reduce my quality of life for two years in order to kick start the investment ball rolling.I've put some thought into combining some of the principles of traditional investing with creative investing to remedy my situation and this is what i've come up with: I would likely be able to find a great deal in a good area (that I would actually want to live in) by applying the marketing techniques of wholesaling.

Also I give low ball offers all the time if they hit you make good money and if not you only wasted 1 min clicking the docu sign button.Good luck

I start getting lost when it comes down to the legal parts like putting a contract on a place, presenting it to the investor with proper documentation and contracts, and basically how to get the ball rolling from there.Thanks in advanced!
