Looking for a RE Broker in NW Atlanta Metro to hang my license with as a new agent.

Investing in Michigan would be ideal since I know the Metro Detroit area well.

Newbie investor with a rental property in atlanta metro area.Any views of the area appreciated.Looking for advice on reputable property attorney.

I am not even sure where to start but here goes……I am 28 years old, married, and sitting on a condo in metro Detroit that has about 125,000 in equity right now.

Start with the city/metro and make sure the economics make sense, and the housing market is healthy.

Wanted to introduce myself - Les Jepsen from St Paul, MN - we fix and flip properties in the greater Minneapolis/St Paul metro area (8 county area) and also buy and hold 1-4 family properties here as well.

Most apartment building can be purchased for well under replacement cost unless you are talking about a high dollar metro area like SF or NY.

We have had alot of success recently finding renovate and resell deals all over the metro area.

My goals for the immediate future are: Complete a basic education in real estate investing, make friends and contacts with people who know more than I do, and begin doing some market research.Long term, right now I aim to purchase a duplex/quad somewhere outside of the DC/Metro area, force 10% appreciation, and begin renting it (with a positive cash flow!)
