Wanted to introduce myself - Les Jepsen from St Paul, MN - we fix and flip properties in the greater Minneapolis/St Paul metro area (8 county area) and also buy and hold 1-4 family properties here as well.

We own commercial strip centers and retail in the midwest and also single family homes in the greater Sarasota, Florida area. We're actively investing in multi-family commercial properties in the upper midwest as well.
