Hi Everyone,

I am a new REI in the north Atlanta area and I just wanted to reach out and connect with like minded people in my neck of the woods. I spent 5 years as a Realtor in MD but would like to take a stab at the investing side now. I am looking to buy and hold for the most part but I am also looking for a few houses to renovate and sell. I have been listening to the BP podcasts for awhile and I figured it was time to start meeting some people. I plan on making my way through the BP site and learning as much as I can from the material as well as all the amazing people on this site. I look forward to meeting a lot of you soon.
